Those chickpea cutlets look amazing! I keep forgetting to try them even though I have the cookbook sitting on my shelf. After seeing your picture, I am adding them to the menu this week.
My oh my those look delicious. Although they look totally different from my chickpea cutlets even though it is probably the same vcon recipe! Amazing how that happens! Anyway, yum, you blog is great. Thanks!

Yum. I have been meaning to make this for so long. That picture is absolutely mouth watering. They look exceptionally crispy and delicious.
They are one of my favourite things in v-con, since they are delicious and super easy to make.

Those look unbelievable. I'm afraid of vital wheat gluten which is why I haven't made them. I'm a tofu/tempeh kind of girl. Maybe one day...
